Abstract

A field experiment was conducted with 66 F5 genotypes of Brassica napus L. at the experimental field of Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, Dhaka to study the genetic diversity during November 2013 to February 2014. The genotypes were found significantly variable for most of the characters. The genotypes were grouped into six clusters. The highest inter cluster distance was observed between cluster IV and VI and the maximum intra cluster distance was found in cluster V. Considering group distance and other agronomic performance genotypes G12, G14, G15, G16, G17, G22 and G24 might be suggested for future hybridization program.
